A letter to our clients

PRCAC Clients and Visitors,

The health and safety or our clients, visitors, and staff are our top priority.  Due to COVID-19 and concerns for the well-being of all concerned, we are operating with a skeleton crew and most of our staff is working from home.  We will be available to provide services in the office as necessary when arrangements have been made beforehand so that necessary staff can plan to be present.  The forensic interviewers and family advocates are on call.  Otherwise, our offices will be locked.  If you need immediate assistance, please call our main office number at 817-573-0292 and someone will be able to help you.  All calls will be answered or returned during the hours of 8-12:30 and 1:30-5:00.

We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this time of uncertainty.  We want to continue to be a source of safety and consistency for the community and will respond to all needs in a timely manner.  Thank you for continuing to trust us with your safety and healing.

Sincerely,

PRCAC Staff
